While the ring itself is beautiful, the quality is subpar. The ring was incorrectly sized (even though it was correctly written on the order), and the prongs holding the stone in place were loose and jagged, which caused the ring to constantly get snagged on clothing, hair, etc. We've had to pay hundreds of additional dollars to correct issues. Downside of now living out of state I guess, but they were unwilling to do anything.
Customer service from Omar was phenomenal! We appreciated his attention to detail, his honesty and just overall great and welcoming spirit! So excited to get my rings! We definitely will be back to upgrade my husbands in the near future!!
They helped me and my wife choose a wedding and engagement ring and the service was fabulous. Prices were competitive as well. We often go back to say hi and have our rings cleaned. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!
Paid $4000 for rings and when bring them back to replace them or do anything they told me it’s worth nothing
We had such a lovely experience with Sam when we were looking for a new ring. We had been looking around for something quite specific and couldn’t quite get the right combination of details we wanted.
