I’ve brought rings and necklace to be repaired and cleaned and I’ve also had a different ring brought in for an appraisal Staff is always professional, helpful and friendly. My fiancé took Sonny my dream ring idea, and he brought it to life, i’m so happy with the end result! Told me an absolutely ridiculous price to do a 400 dollar job. Dropped a watch off to be repaired it took 5 weeks. Very polite friendly staff I will say though.
I absolutely love my ring that was designed by diamond collection and previously, I would only allow them to repair/clean it. However, I am beyond disappointed that my ring now needs another repair only hours after wearing. I’m equally disappointed in the quality of service and timeliness of the repairs in general. After speaking with the representatives at diamond collection, I was disheartened by their dismissiveness of my concerns.
