Living in Charlotte for 34 years, I still have not made the complete adjustment to the area in finding necessary services. One important service is changing the batteries on six watches I typically don’t even wear much but the batteries die anyway. The ladies at Diamond Collection were very courteous, professional, and welcoming. Besides replacing a bad gasket for much if nothing, I received a tip I’d heard before. Pull out the stems of the watches not being worn. I appreciate it!
Absolutely do not sell hold or silver to this shop. I was offered a price that was 50% less than that of another gold buyer in Charleston . There are set guidelines for purchases of metals that include the profit if the buyer . This shop is ripping the public off
I’ve brought rings and necklace to be repaired and cleaned and I’ve also had a different ring brought in for an appraisal Staff is always professional, helpful and friendly. My fiancé took Sonny my dream ring idea, and he brought it to life, i’m so happy with the end result! Thank you for my beautiful ring I’ll continue to look forward to working with the diamond collection family.
