On July 8th the driver picked us up on time and we had a pleasant trip from Boca to the Miami airport. Your driver placed all our luggage in the trunk and insisted to place my carry on bag in the trunk as well. Upon arrival, the bag was not with our other luggage, and I only realized this after the driver had left.
