I have to say I was a little skeptical about ordering online especially when it comes to jewelry but I must say after speaking with Riley via text back and forth he made the experience seem like I was actually in store he sent videos of the pieces I was interested in and was very pleasant. I couldn't be happier with Riley or Diamondcity. He made it really easy to get what I wanted without having to come down to the shop. Working two full-time jobs sometimes I feel like I don't even have time to sleep so being able to shop online is huge, but not always easy. Not the case here. Then after the purchase Riley has even taken the time to check in, not to push product, making sure I was happy. Definitely will doing more business with Diamondcity in the very near future.
