One of the worst medical experiences I’ve ever had. Dr. Diamond was rude, dismissive, and clearly didn’t care about helping me. I came in genuinely asking for support with a long-standing issue, and all he did was tell me to use a nasal spray — no diagnosis, no investigation, no effort. As all post saying , the waiting period over an hour past your booking time is true. But think about this, this is specialist, surgeon ,you go for blood work, how long do you wait there ,if you do not have an appointment? over 2 hrs. for sure. you have to understand, only because he is not with you smiley and chit chat, doesn't mean he isn't good doctor. Dr. Diamond is very experienced, but when I struggled to breathe with the camera down my throat, he didn’t offer numbing spray—instead, he blamed me for not tolerating the procedure, saying he couldn’t see properly. I’ve had this test before, and they always used numbing spray, so I didn’t expect such a strong reaction. Although he provided a reasonable diagnosis, I wish the procedure had been less aggressive and more thorough so I wouldn’t need to go elsewhere for complete confirmation. After waiting 3.5 years for a specialist and a consultation for surgery, the doctor managed to talk for 3 minutes and said that he couldn't help, even his colleague doctor said that my sinuses were in very bad condition. He was not willing to give any solution and did not consider the options at all. Ignored approach to the patient and very rude and arrogant....
