I’m generally a happy, easygoing person, and I really wanted to like Dr. Diamond when I first met him. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. He came across as dismissive and had an angry, condescending demeanour, with some subtle but mean insults sprinkled throughout our interaction. One of the worst medical experiences I’ve ever had. Dr. Diamond was rude, dismissive, and clearly didn’t care about helping me. I came in genuinely asking for support with a long-standing issue, and all he did was tell me to use a nasal spray — no diagnosis, no investigation, no effort. When I asked him to help figure out the cause of my problem, he bluntly said, “You’ve tried everything. I can’t help you.” That’s not medicine — that’s giving up before even trying. As all post saying , the waiting period over an hour past your booking time is true. But think about this, this is specialist, surgeon ,you go for blood work, how long do you wait there ,if you do not have an appointment? over 2 hrs. for sure. you have to understand, only because he is not with you smiley and chit chat, doesn't mean he isn't good doctor.
