I still do not believe this doctor understands what I have as he did not seem to listen to a word I said.

This was probably my worst experience with a doctor. Like a lot of the comments say, he was incredibly rude, abrupt, and unhelpful. I waited nearly an hour to be seen past my scheduled appointment and then saw him for probably 5 minutes. I asked a few questions and was met with condescending, unhelpful responses. Will not be returning.

Dr Diamond and his staff are caring and attentive. I have had nothing but excellent care and support when at their office. I completely disagree with some of the poor comments here and feel highly compelled to correct any poor impression.

Front desk staff is rude. For my first visit on April 25, after waiting for an hour, I complained to her about the long wait, she goes by saying that this is a surgeon’s office. In other words, his time is valuable but my time has no value. Then she said that I should see him after 7:30pm in a month (she identified the date). I said that is fine, and she rescheduled appointment and I left.
