Absolutely fantastic Dr and staff. Been coming for years not once has the doctor's assistants ever been rude so it's interesting how people make these claims but don't elaborate. What I see every time I come in there is them working their butts off doing their best to help patients. The doctor is straightforward and very knowledgeable he's not there to cuddle you that's for sure. So if that is what you need don't clog this doctor's wait list. Dr. Diamond himself is a helpful professional. His secretary on the other hand is unnecessarily rude.
Still waiting to see doctor, appointment was scheduled for 68 mins ago and I am still waiting. That is completely absurd.
Dr. Diamond is not only an excellent professional, but also an incredible human being. He made me feel confident and at ease at all times, and addressed my medical concerns according to what I truly needed. In addition, the people who work with him are extremely kind and charismatic. I feel very fortunate to have been evaluated and treated at his office. I am very grateful to the entire team. Thank you!!
