Very condescending and unprofessional. After waiting over a year to finally see him. i waited over 2 hrs in the waiting room. First off his assistant did an allergy test on me and had it come back inconclusive. could have done another test in the 2 hrs i was waiting second , after final meeting him he was very condescending to me and my wife about the questions we were asking him about my symptoms. would highly suggest finding another doctor

My 10-year-old son has been suffering from severe breathing difficulties during sleep. We first took him to the emergency department, where we waited for seven hours before being told that he needed to see an ENT specialist. After waiting another two weeks for the appointment, we arrived on time but had to wait an additional hour and a half before the doctor finally saw him. Absolutely fantastic Dr and staff. Been coming for years not once has the doctor's assistants ever been rude so it's interesting how people make these claims but don't elaborate. What I see every time I come in there is them working their butts off doing their best to help patients. The doctor is straightforward and very knowledgeable he's not there to cuddle you that's for sure. So if that is what you need don't clog this doctor's wait list. Dr. Diamond himself is a helpful professional. His secretary on the other hand is unnecessarily rude.

Still waiting to see doctor, appointment was scheduled for 68 mins ago and I am still waiting. That is completely absurd.
