I don't have anything positive to say. I'll avoid this once going forward.
Had my daughter at this hospital last year. The lady who did my epidural missed the first 2 times after getting it the 3rd . First time at this hospital but my 4th kid and that's has never happened. I had the worst back pain during my recovery. The nurses were great during delivery but the after care nurses are different and not so great . Just seemed annoyed when asking for anything. I had one good nurse wish I remember her name but I got her last 2 hours. She made me a mom cocktail. And made my baby a bow.
This past NYE, my boyfriend and I were t-boned by a truck that failed to yield to traffic on our way to dinner with friends. We went to the ED at Banner UMC to get checked out, because I have always gotten amazing care there. I expected it to be full, and it was, so I was sent to the peds ED side. Unlike some other reviews we had a emergency. Our son had fluid on his brain due to a TBI. The nurses, doctors and staff were excellent. My son probably wouldn’t be alive without their super care. Very compassionate not only to our son, but also our family.
I can’t give them Zero stars that’s why they got one. My niece was taken to ER 3 times within a period of 2 weeks. First it was en ear infection that they did not diagnose until her pediatrician saw her and a cough. The following week she had a fever of 101 with vomit and diarrhea, they said it would go away with Tylenol and Ibuprofen. Last night she went in again with fever and they did visual test. They said it was bronchitis but they didn’t do X-rays nor did test. Was sent home with Tylenol and ibuprofen. Today I am with ... read more
