Took over 2 weeks to hear from them saying the bracelet repair was done & what the bill was. They didn't bother to call with an estimate which is what I asked for, they just fixed it & I think the charge was quite high. I'm being generous not giving them 1⭐ but definitely won't be going back.
Shop elsewhere. Terrible experience. Went in to get ideas for my 14 y/o daughter’s birthday. One of the 3 ladies behind the counter kept staring at me. She did not know that I knew either because I was wearing prescription sunglasses. Seriously uncomfortable, like bad and even made a point to begin following me. Great selection and knowledgeable staff! From repairs and service to sales, they do it all. They even have a great selection of estate jewelry. I’ve been a customer for many years and have always had a great experience!
