I have had 3 recent great experiences with Emma at the Diamond Cellar in Nashville. Emma has been so helpful and professional helping me obtain appraisal’s for insurance on watches that I have owned for years. After that she helped me find the perfect bracelet for my wife this past Christmas. While buying the bracelet I mentioned to Emma that I would love to buy my wife a Rolex OP if one ever came available. I feel like some jewlers get it , some don’t. These folks were great to work with - highly professional and welcoming. They seem to value relationship over just a transaction, even if just a repair or sizing. Trustworthy!
I purchased a Roberto coin gold necklace a year ago. Part of the clasp hollowed out. It was definitely a manufacturers defect. Diamond Cellers sent it to Italy for Roberto coin to fix it. And now I’m being charged $275. The store offered to have the manufacturer send it back to me so that I could get it fixed on my own. In my opinion, they should be asking the manufacturer to fix it free of charge since it was clearly a manufacturers defect. If not, they should be offering a refund. This will be my last purchase.
