Steve and Vicki were absolutely fantastic! The food was delicious and the service was amazing! Diamond helped me curate a menu that stayed in my budget, gave us a wonderful tasting, and checked in on us multiple times the day of our wedding! Our wedding cake started to melt and a staff member from Diamond Catering came to the rescue and made it look perfect! Steve and Vicki are just both so kind and really good energy! I would definitely recommend!
The team at Diamond Catering did a FANTASTIC job at our wedding. They made my husband and I feel so special, and the food was delicious and very reasonably priced!! Our guests raved over the food, and when we split up the leftovers among the wedding party, we fought over a couple of items (the bbq meatballs). Thank you all for your professionalism and attention to detail in all aspects!
Look no further - you need Diamond Catering for your wedding. The food was absolutely delicious - our guests raved about everything, most notably the beef medallions and mashed potatoes. SO GOOD. There was a missing item on a catering delivery for 05/09. I immediately emailed and got a response 05/15. We won’t be ordering again. I was very disappointed overall. The food quality wasn’t really what I was expecting. The pork had an odor and no one wanted to eat that . The shrimp pasta was all clumped together. The mac and cheese tasted grainy.
