They made me an amazing storage cabinet/dresser to hold over 1k movies. I had a few questions post delivery. They were very quick to respond and even do face time calls to make sure they understood the question and resolved any issue quickly.
Steve came to our home and listened as I explained what problems we were having with our internet set up, and what our needs were based on both of us working from home with frequent zoom calls as well as four kids often on devices for school and fun. He took the time to teach me in layman's terms what we would need to change about our current set up and was honest about what he could do vs. what we could do ourselves.
