We just purchased a home and wanted to have the carpets cleaned before the movers arrived with our furniture. Tyler was outstanding to work with - great communication, friendly, professionally and did excellent work. Excellent experience from start to finish. Diamond Carpet Cleaning did an outstanding job throughout the entire house, including four bedrooms, the hallway, stairs, and living room. Tyler was great to work with, competitive with pricing, and flexible on scheduling. We have multiple dogs, so carpets do not stay clean long and we have them cleaned regularly. When our regular cleaner informed us they were no longer doing carpets, I found Diamond. What stood out to me most was the reviews and the specific mention of pet stains.
