Tyler was great to work with, competitive with pricing, and flexible on scheduling. We have multiple dogs, so carpets do not stay clean long and we have them cleaned regularly. When our regular cleaner informed us they were no longer doing carpets, I found Diamond. What stood out to me most was the reviews and the specific mention of pet stains. We had a great experience. Tyler had the most competitive quote and he did a great job communicating what he would be doing and when he would arrive. He went above and beyond during the cleaning process and we are very happy with the results. Our couch and carpet look brand new.
