I called a couple weeks ago and talked to Matt to get a quote (and quote only) on a 28' blackout customized exactly how I wanted it. Matt was very friendly and answered all of my stupid questions professionally. He didn't press anything on me at all. I felt as if I was talking to a friend rather than a salesman. Matt at DCW has been very helpful in getting us the right trailer for our 1/4 scale pulling tractors. Very knowledgeable helpful willing to do what it takes to earn your business. The videos are very helpful in picking what you need. Awesome trailers at great prices
I just bought a 7x14 tandem blackout trailer. Amazing build. Great price. Very solid and it looks fantastic. Most importantly, Matt Reeves was awesome to work with and the customer service/staff made it an overall great experience. It was worth the trip all the way from NC.
