Where do I begin? I’ve been coming to this service center for almost 10 years now. With my original Cadillac CTS and now my Cadillac ATS. BEWARE!!!!! Purchased a 2025 Cadillac at full price no discount and actually paid an additional $4000 for their support add-on fees. Paid full price for the car $120,000 and come to find out there are no floor mats included.
