The owner, Don Pritchard is a very kind and generous person. A colleague, a client, and myself were eating breakfast at our favorite cafe, Scotty’s Cafe. Our waitress took our check and advised us that Mr. Pritchard had paid for our meal. Mr. Pritchard simply said “God bless you”. It was such a pleasant surprise and random that Mr. Pritchard would offer to buy three strangers breakfast out of the kindness of his heart. Don Pritchard and Diamond Building are the best. Three years ago they did an extensive basement remodel for us, adding a bedroom, among other things. They finished the job on time and on budget. In March 2020 our basement flooded during torrential rains. Don came out here personally and began the cleanup. He made recommendations for new gutters, french drains, and a batter-backed up sump pump, and got everything done for us.
