Don Pritchard and Diamond Building are the best. Three years ago they did an extensive basement remodel for us, adding a bedroom, among other things. They finished the job on time and on budget. In March 2020 our basement flooded during torrential rains. Don came out here personally and began the cleanup. He made recommendations for new gutters, french drains, and a batter-backed up sump pump, and got everything done for us. With last night's storms, we saw the benefit of these repairs/improvements as our basement stayed dry... read more
