Jorden was a great salesman to work with. Living out-of-state over 9 hours away, he was always quick to respond to all our questions. The entire process was easy, from getting a trade-in value to picking up our new Yukon. Diamond GMC even fulfilled our request to get the front windows tinted and install Gatorback mud flaps before we picked it up. It was great to have the vehicle just how we wanted it when we drove it off the lot. We highly recommend Diamond GMC in Alexandria and our salesman, Jorden!
10 stars to diamond's service team. Had the valve body recall and truck broke down in Marshall. Kruse Motors just said wait for parts and recall to clear or buy a new transmission. Kruse went above and beyond and got the transmission covered by GM and installed ASAP. They earned a customer for life.
Everyone that I had worked with was wonderful. Luke in financing was very nice and helpful with my lease information, Jake in sales did an amazing job explaining all the features and how they work in my new terrain
