Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I Dropped Off My wife's citizen echodrive to get a new crystal put in. Received it back with missing diamonds that were around the bezel, and scratches, dent and glue under the crystal. Not only did they screw the look of the watch but they charged 80$

I’ll start off by the negative and proceed to what I noticed as positive in regards to this store, the disappointment I faced with this jewelry store is that I was looking for a charm and they found me one I really liked almost bought it but decided to inquire about the piece and how much it would cost outside of this shop, and to my shock this store actually charges double what the charm is actually worth that’s number 1, number 2 I left my chain there to get cleaned a few days ago and it was broken they fixed it and cleane... read more
