Love my braces
The absolute worst place for invisalign. No one knows what they are doing or why you even have an appointment. Insanely short staffed, and slow work ethic. I have had the same invisalign trays for 3 months now because no one will call me back to discuss billing and payment. The office is always closed. The phone number listed is just the answering service so you never actually speak to someone in the office, the service just “puts in a ticket” for the office to call you back (which they never do).
