07/23/2026. Probably the worst location to go to. I came in with very tight tension on my left upper side but none on my right side at all. I asked for assistance if the wire could be loosened and I was told it couldn’t be done at all. The lady said just to take an Advil. I called two other locations Fordham and 3rd Ave. They told me the wire could be loosened it just had to be taken out and redone.
