So unprofessional. I had an appointment at 1 i got there at 1:02 waited 20 minutes i was still unattended. I asked the lady at the front how much longer the wait was going to be she said there was 6 people ahead of me and that they were short staffed. They shouldn’t take appointments if I’m going to have to wait past 15 minutes of my appointment time.
