I had a very upsetting and unprofessional experience during my Invisalign treatment at this office. At a recent appointment (02/16/25 at 1PM), the orthodontist began performing IPR, shaving between my teeth, without explaining it to me at that visit or obtaining my consent beforehand. IPR was never properly consulted with me, and it was not included in my contract or clearly explained as part of my treatment plan.
