EDIT: As I continue on this journey with diamond braces I have seen things and experienced things here at this location that rubbed me the wrong way so I have been deducting stars based off my experience and will give my final review when my treatment is complete I’m very pleased with diamond braces they were clear about treatment and how long it would take. Great customer service.
Are you gonna trust someone with your child and then trying to ignore you with your kids situation and then talk about you behind your back? Don’t even bother going to this place. They are very prejudice. They didn’t want my son to come and get his treatment at the Forest Hills location because my son has a disability of sickle cell and when I was explaining to her, she tries to ignore my conversation.
