Run to another orthodontist. They only care about money and not the quality of your treatment. I started out at the clinic on Flatbush Ave but then switch to Kings Plaza in Brooklyn because i was so dissatisfied. Now several years later after invisilgn and then top braces I'm still not satisfied. Someone really needs to investigate how they practice and do something about this.
0 stars if that were an option. First location I visited in Flatbush was garbage because ya know it's Flatbush and I only expect nasty attitudes. So we never went back. Park Slope location is cleaner. They're a little nicer I guess. But months down the line I'm seeing the scamming. They took money from an unauthorized account and we're still having an investigation regarding it. Service is good but make sure you call you insurance to confirm how much they’ll cover of your treatment. They get you into a contract working off an “estimate” and 5 months later you find out they estimated you wrong and you have to pay over $1,000 on top of whatever you were already paying.
Worst place I’ve ever been to! This place is so unprofessional, the staff are on a different page and have no idea what they’re doing. Stay away from this place! I was completely misinformed when multiple Invisalign attachments fell off at the beginning of the treatment. I was told they weren’t going to be necessary but just at end of treatment , the doctor states that isn’t the case. Now they want more money and more time to complete my treatment so I can see the results that were initially promised.
My daughter’s appointment was at 12, and we arrived ten minutes early, checked in on the computer and had our temperatures taken. The secretary asked us to wait in the waiting area. At 12:30, I asked if we would be seen soon, I was asked if I checked in, I was told they didn’t know we were there. Its now 1 pm, not seen yet! If you value your time choose another dentist
So I brought my daughter there for a consultation and both times I was there Jennifer S, took care of us she's amazing love the way she explained my contract to us super professional. Also the lady who put my daughter's braces was super nice .
They are only nice until you point out something they are doing wrong. Never seen an institution that can't take a complaint. Couldn't see me during Covid which I understand so my teeth moved. Called me in June but couldn't see us until July. My teeth moved so did my daughter's she couldn't have her braces out in May had to wait until August. They wanted me to pay again since my invasaligns didn't fit. The last tray they have me lasted till March. As soon as they opened in June they should have had me in asap to get my trays... read more
