Jost collected our car from Diamond Body Works. We needed a few things tided up on the car and it looks like new. The online initial enquiry system works well and Claire in the office was really responsive to phone calls and text messages. They were able to complete the job for us straight away and kept us up to date when the car would be ready and they were bang on time. Highly recommend the work and care.
From my first meeting with them for a quote to completion day it was such a no nonsense process and I was always kept informed and they are very pleasant people to deal with.I am so happy with the repair work and and how detailed the car was on pick up day. Thankyou to everyone
Right from the very first phone call, to when I collected my car after the repair, the service was amazing. Very friendly and caring. Apparently they also have a service department and I will be glad to have them help me with that in the future.
