Carole is amazing. She worked closely with me, monitoring me as we tried different things. She listened to me and heard me and we figured out a combination that really works. Highly recommend!
Absolutely horrible!!! She doesn't ever return phone calls at all. I called over 20 times in the course of a month and never got a single phone call returned. I had appointments made that she later tried telling me weren't correct and I finally took a screenshot of the appointment confirmation and she never sent the link so I could log on and do the appointment. Yet again, when I called the office to discuss this no phone call back. She clearly doesn't care about the care of her patients! I've never had a provider not return... read more
