These condos are great. We have rented here a couple times. The quality of the unit can vary as they are all owned by different people so I am not factoring they into this review. The property is well maintained, the pool was refreshing even though it was the end of July, the lazy river is a lot of fun! The only major issue we experienced is the bar. Worst experience ever with management especially Craig very rude and unprofessional I would never go back to this place
I leased a condo from Diamond Beach for a year during COVID. We loved it!! No problems at all! So this weekend I decided to rent a 3 bedroom for for my family of 10. I rented through VRBO/ Ryson. I was told 3 bedroom occupancy was 8 but since 2 were small 5/7yrs old I could have 10. Checked in Friday no problems given appropriate #of wrist bands..
