Outstanding customer service. I received the wrong basin and contacted Bathroom City, who immediately called me to resolve the issue quickly and without any hassle. Kelly was especially helpful, arranging for the incorrect basin to be collected and ensuring the correct one was delivered the very next day. This is exactly what great customer service should be.
I have bought a couple of bathroom suites from Bathroom City now and what really sets them apart is their customer service team. Both Maxine and Kelly have always gone the extra mile when I have needed to contact them for support on new products and any parts that I have needed to replace.
