I ordered a toilet from Bathroom City in 2022, and 3 years later needed a spare part. I contacted customer services and Kelly took the details. She got back to me the same day to offer what she thought was needed and I said yes please. The parts should arrive in 2-3 days. Kelly was efficient, friendly and so helpful. I am extremely pleased with the service I have received.

Maxine at Customer Service was great :). I had a problem with a bathroom drawer handle and although I had this product over a year (not installed immediately) I needed a replacement handle.
