When we were looking for a company to do our basement we did what most people do and get 3 bids, Diamond basement finishing and bathroom remodeling was one of 7 people we called and they were the first to come out. We purchased a model home from Hartz homes in New Lenox, they have a location in New Lenox so we figured we would stay local. Diamond Basement Finishing and Remodeling just finished my basement and we love it. We have a walk out basement and we did it in all Lifeproof Flooring and it turned out perfect. James and the guys did a professional job. My basement was 1,100 sq. Ft for only $32,000. Best price out of 6 bids. (Not including bar area) but still more than half of some of our bids. I'd like to say thank you to James and his guys. I called for an estimate on my basement, he came out asap. Very polite, and knowledgeable. They did an awesome job, and we're able to save me a little bit of money on the project also. It turned out wonderful. I'd recommend them to everybody. His prices were very reasonable compared to other companies, and top notch work. Thank you again.
