I have never been I a more loving, caring facility. From the owners to all the caregivers. Always welcomed you as you entered the door to visit your loved one. Wish I would have found them earlier but my prayers were answered when i arrived. I knew this was the place the minute I arrived. There are no words to thank these people.
They took great care of my mom when she was there. All the caregivers and staff were like a second family to her! Highly recommend!
We moved my mom into Diamond Bar RCFE sixteen months ago. When she moved in she needed to be watched 24 hours/day. She was weak and deteriorating. However, living here she has improved her strength and her cognition. The caregivers encourage her to walk (with lots of assistance) and they engage her in conversation whenever possible. In addition, at the suggestion of one of the owners, we analyzed her medication with her doctor and have improved her quality of life by reducing the amount of medications she takes. My family member has lived in this care facility and the owners and staff are exceptional at caring for your loved ones
***edit: They finally shut this place down!!! The owner pays his full time caregivers minimum wage; except at night where they're only paid for a limited number of hours, which is illegal if the person is required to stay the whole time. Greedy business owner who treats his ladies like garbage. They do a great job, but you're supporting almost the equivalent to free labor. Also, no time and a half for holidays. Nothing. (Legally this isn't slander :))
