The sales girl at David Yurman told me to go there to sell my jewelry and watches I Met Jodie and she give me a fair assessment of my bracelet 24 karat gold if you agree to their price you got paid on the spot it was fast and easy. We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend Diamond Banc. Lyndsey assisted us and was very friendly, professional and fair.
Acquired a newer model Rolex. The watch seems OK. The salesman verbally stated a one year warranty from their store as well as Rolex warranty. The salesman said there were no special instructions to handling or maintaining the watch - saying “it’s a watch!” several times. In trying to become more familiar with the purchase and to be sure I handled the watch correctly and having lost a comfort level with the salesman I met with the owner.
