Don't rent a U-Haul from here very poor communication from them about your rental. They never return phone calls. When I did talk so someone she had no idea what they had nor the tools I asked for. Completely lost. If this is the way they rent out to people I wouldn't even trust them fixing my car. I ended up cancelling an going to a actual U-Haul dealer way easier an faster. Don't waste your time here.
I only visited this location for a Uhaul. I have no understanding how their automotive work is being conducted. As for the Uhaul experience. It wasn't great. They didn't clean nor sanitize the vehicle and the attendant didn't wear a mask. He also poked fun when I shared that I was "high risk." When asking about cleaning the vehicle, he handed us a spray bottle for windows, which wouldn't have sanitized anything. If I could add more than 5 stars, I would! The owner Marty & his wife gave me excellent service when picking up a uhaul truck from their location. They went and picked up the U-Haul that I needed after hours, and put in overtime to make sure my truck would be there for my pick up the next morning. I picked up on a Sunday, but even though they are closed on Sunday, they still managed to pick up the phone and help me while checking out the truck. I couldn’t have selected a more better location.
