Booked my truck for a Transmission flush 2 weeks in advance for 9am. Showed up at 8:30 and was told truck would be ready by noon. Came back at 12:15 and they had not even started it! Took a day off work and drove an hour each way for nothing! Poor communication, could have called me or told me when I dropped it off they wouldn’t get to it till the afternoon! Iwould not recommend unless you live in Lloyd and don’t need your vehicle back on time.
Always had great experiences and have my vehicles running reliably as I have to travel lots to for work.
