I just got my Audi A7 detailed at Diamond Auto Lab, and they messed up my car!!!! My buttons are not working and water was coming out when i used a blower. I am guessing you drenched my buttons in chemicals. So many things from the exterior still dirty. The rims still had brake dust on it. The carpet still had small debris. On the mats I could still see much dirt. They didn't even wipe the rear window properly. My dogs spit still on the windows.
I did a lot of research before picking a place for tinting my car and ended up going with Diamond Auto Lab. Really glad I did - the quality is top tier, super even finish and no imperfections. They were super professional. Would 100% go back. Best experience overall!
I don’t recommend this place for tints, got my car tinted a month ago, there were still bubbles and scratches visible when I picked it up, but he said everything should settle after it cures in a few days, a month later and it still looks the same. They claim “lifetime warranty” so took it back to get it fixed (left my car at the shop for 2 days) and conveniently their power was out so he couldn’t work on it.
