Good and Bad – I'll make this short and simple...I was told 5p, but they'd try to make it out sooner, they did. They told me it'd take 30 to 40 mins, it did. The charged my card the wrong amount, but aknowledged it quickly. Said my card would be credited back within 2 to 3 business days. The amount was off, so I called. Run away as fast as you can from Diamond Auto Glass in Irving Texas. This is not a very respectable company. – I called out Diamond Auto Glass Repair in Irving Texas to repair my broken auto glass. They arrived almost one hour late and never called to let us know. When the auto glass repair technician arrived, he was a twenty something male that was very unprofessional in appearance and could not speak english.
