Had my windshield replaced two weeks ago by Diamond Glass. Came out yesterday morning to find a foot long crack starting from the very edge of the glass. Never got a rock chip. Just a smooth crack from the very edge out. No problem I thought. This is obviously something they will take care of for me. Well I was wrong. Called in and they said to bring it by for them to look at which I did. The tech walks out and picks with his fingernail vigorously at the edge of the glass and says its a rock chip. Where?? Did the job, but I won't return. Took my car in to get the window re-glued to the regulator they charged me $40 which was the cheapest I could find. They got it re-glued but they gouged the tint all the way down to the glass on my window, and since the tint was older and had a few light scratches on it already they completely denied doing it, even though you could tell they were new. The tech basically called me a liar and got very defensive and said they were already there and he didn't do it. The best the manager could do ... read more
