We recently had to use Calibor Collision as the preferred shop to service our vehicle. I was skeptical about it because the car is 6 months old. But I must say they did a great job and provided excellent Customer Service. The automated updates really help keep us in the loop while car was being repaired. The damaged doesn’t look like a lot but when you have electronics and sensors and broken windshield. You wanted to replaced correctly.
We'll go back again if I had to they cleaned my car out even also in the inside wasn't expecting that
I could not have asked for a better experience. My car was quickly evaluated and they coordinated with my insurance company. There was nothing for me to do on my end. I had rental insurance, so they arranged for the rental company to meet me and take me to/from the rental car. I received daily updates via text. The work was excellent and completed on time. Everyone in the office was friendly and professional. Highly recommended.
By far....the best collision service we have ever had. Honest, dependable and just good business practices. Its amazing to see work ethic and pride haven't disappeared from everywhere. Easily, our shop of choice! Tricia, Carlos, Steve and Bob are some of the best!
