Very rude only looking to sell to a certain type of money hungry people not in the business for what they can do for you but how they can profit
I was referred to diamond auto by a coworker and couldn't have been more happy!! Tim, his father and their team were absolutely amazing to work with. Buying a car from Diamond and working with Tim was a great experience. I live in North Carolina, and when I needed a newer vehicle, I wanted to purchase from someone trusted. Tim and his team delivered big time. Super happy with the new car and the process including shipping from CT to NC was smooth.
In August, I had my car first day it seemed fine, the check engine light came on the second day of having the car. The car was driving weird, and I kept telling Tim, Joe, and the mechanic, but they made it seem like that's what all Nissans do. They all test drive it and couldn’t find the problem.
