Buying a car from Diamond and working with Tim was a great experience. I live in North Carolina, and when I needed a newer vehicle, I wanted to purchase from someone trusted. Tim and his team delivered big time. Super happy with the new car and the process including shipping from CT to NC was smooth.
In August, I had my car first day it seemed fine, the check engine light came on the second day of having the car. The car was driving weird, and I kept telling Tim, Joe, and the mechanic, but they made it seem like that's what all Nissans do. They all test drive it and couldn’t find the problem. I’ve had my car for almost a year and it has been nothing but problem after problem after problem with it. From the transmission, to the alternator, to the starter, and so much more. I don’t suggest getting a car here unless you have a trusted mechanic look at it first. For the price I paid I shouldn’t have had to put so much more money into it in such a short time. Not worth it and I regret it.
Customer service was superb! Cano was very professional and pleasant. He answered all my questions and my issue was fixed within a couple mins.
