Don't believe what they say. Several years ago I took my 99 suburban there to repair my door handle. Recently my door handle broke again. About 3 years later. I bought a replacement from Amazon and when I took the door panel off I found it was never replaced. The original rivet was still in place. I would never ever take my vehicle to them again. They've lost my trust.
Several years ago I asked diamond Auto body to replace by door handle on my 99 suburban. Yes they fixed it at the time. A week ago it gave out again. I bought a replacement from Amazon and by replacing it myself I found it was never replaced to begin with. The original rivet was still in place meaning they charged me for something they never replaced. Beware. Now I know not to ever take my vehicle there ever again.
