My chiro recommended and wrote a prescription for a knee brace that I saw on diamonds website for $40. I went there to get it and they wouldn’t let me buy it without a proper prescription from my “real doctor” and to see a recommended ortho and get scans of my knee. She proceeded to size me for a totally different knee brace and then said they’d have to order a custom one not the one my chiro recommended. Went on a Saturday and it was not too busy. Staff fitted me right away and billed MH. Lots of selection and support, explained the boot really well. Weekday staff are excellent as well when I first went.
