Line ups from Diamond Athletics all the way out the door of PanAm Clinic while staff dilly dally around with their backs turned to customers. All this to simply pick up a pre-ordered item? I’m confident it would not require a degree to implement a better system. There is ample staff available and 7 sales counters. At least survey customers in these ridiculously long lines to streamline them more efficiently. Especially when there are seniors and individuals with pain/mobility issues. I believe they were short staff today but I believe they should have a line just for pay and go when you just want to pay for something and leave - when you do not need assistant from the staff because I had today I had to stand in line for 30 min just to pay for one massage therapy cream . I don’t think this is acceptable to any costumer. Last time I was here was 2 weeks ago and I waited 20 minutes. Also I did not need any help from staff - just wanted to pay for a product I could Not find online or I would NEVER come back
