This is by far one of the worst management companies that I've ever encountered. They do not actually repair anything. For starters they take several weeks to months to fulfill maintenance requests. And then to make matters worst, they put band aids on things that need surgery only further adding to the problem. "It's not a big enough issue for us to justify the expense." The worst management and company ever. They neglect Tennant's and leave them with no heat in the winter because they don't fix the heating unit and I spent two weeks and still suffering with no air-conditioning for a week in 100 degree temperature
We’ve rented from this company for over 12 years and love them. They’re kind, efficient, and take care of things.
Avoid living anywhere this place manages. It's a joke. They don't actually manage anything. They are there purely to take your money. They're complexes are absolutely disgusting and filled with crime. 5th Ave apartments in Scottsdale is easily the grossest, dirtiest, most dangerous, crime riddled, cesspool of an apartment trap that I have ever lived in.
