Called Whirlpool to service my fridge under a warranty. They set us up with Diamond repair and it was so easy. My window was 8-12- Nick was there by 9 so that was perfect. Nick was polite, friendly, and helpful. He fixed the issue quickly and gave me tips on how to better care for our fridge. Highly recommend!
I was not satisfied at all with my recent experience with the technician Mike. He came to diagnose an oven issue the first week of October and made multiple visits to my home after the initial visit. After several different diagnoses, he took the whole oven apart and rewired it, set it to preheat and left before verifying everything worked. A technician came to my house yesterday and said he fixed my washing machine. I loaded it full of clothes and started a cycle. I came back down to put the clothes in the dryer and the washing machine was full of water. It hadn’t agitated it didn’t rinse it didn’t drain it didn’t spin. I called the company back to have the technician come out and fix it and they said I have to wait five more days with a washing machine full of dirty laundry just I’m supposed to just let it sit there for five days. They won’t help.
Nick was my service guy to fix the washing machine. He was on time. He did what needed to be done, very thorough. He is a VERY nice guy! Great vibe!!
