My repair guy actually said the company tells them: If it’s not easy, don’t do it. Don’t use them. They would not pull out my dishwasher for an easy repair. They said there were too many lawsuits. I have to hire someone to pull out the dishwasher, have them come back for the repair that is under warranty, then have someone come back to put the dishwasher back in. Waste of time and money. Even though we are on our third dishwasher and there is room to pull it in and out. They are just plain lazy.

This company has been one of the best repair services we have worked with. Kaleb came out twice and spent lots of time explaining what was going on. We were very satisfied with the service from phone calls to the promptness and professionalism of Kaleb. We were surprised to get such great service these days.

Called Whirlpool to service my fridge under a warranty. They set us up with Diamond repair and it was so easy. My window was 8-12- Nick was there by 9 so that was perfect. Nick was polite, friendly, and helpful. He fixed the issue quickly and gave me tips on how to better care for our fridge. Highly recommend!

I was not satisfied at all with my recent experience with the technician Mike. He came to diagnose an oven issue the first week of October and made multiple visits to my home after the initial visit. After several different diagnoses, he took the whole oven apart and rewired it, set it to preheat and left before verifying everything worked.
