Maytag recommended Diamond Appliance Services as an authorized dealer for the repair to my washer. However, I am compelled to express my dissatisfaction with the technician sent by Diamond Appliance Services, whose name I believe was Mike. His conduct was unprofessional and discourteous, exhibiting a condescending attitude toward my wife that was entirely unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise requesting an alternative service provider if Diamond Appliance Services is recommended.
They literally just didn’t show up for a scheduled repair. No word from them as to why. What a complete joke. Horrible service.
I never leave reviews but this absolutley ridiculous. My relative has been trying to get their brand NEW appliances repaired (less than 6 months old). The first appointment we waited the service window which was 12 - 4pm (no contact number was provided to follow up when they'd be there). 5pm rolled around and we finally got a text saying they couldn't make it... Used this company thru the extended warranty we bought. Our repair guy Chris was friendly and professional. He came during the timeframe window, with notice. He listened to what I had to say, and found the problem with my 3 year old whirlpool washing machine. He was very knowledgeable. He ordered the parts, they called to schedule a time, and came back when they came in, and installed. Washer is working. I recommend.
They will not show up or call you when you have an appointment.
