I had an appointment @9:15am with Audrey and nobody was at the shop. I called 5 times, nobody answered. I also went on their instagram page to call and message on there, still nothing. This was EXTREMELY frustrating and disappointing. Thankfully the Royal hair braiding in Philly was able to take me immediately. They were fast and efficient!!
Very unprofessional! I had been here twice before and already had issues with timing and pricing with them quoting me one price and time and then it being completely different when I went in. Had an appointment at 10am for the shop in Norristown, I texted her minutes before telling her i was on my way. (I live around the corner) She then proceeds to tell me..at 9:56am that there was an “incident” and someone tried to break in the shop. I asked If it was still okay to come in given the situation was not that major to affect my appointment.
