I wanted to support this salon. I actually met the owner before she opened her second location in West Philly (Allure), and I was rooting for her. Young Black entrepreneur building something, I genuinely wanted to see her win. But wanting to support someone does not mean overlooking how they run their business. Great service pain free and fast
I had a disappointing experience with Elom Hair Salon. I was misled into believing I had an appointment scheduled with them, even though I never spoke to anyone there directly. When I arrived, I was then told my hair was too short, despite the person I originally arranged services with assuring me we had an appointment by 11:00.
