Super unprofessional. I had a scheduled appointment and received reminders. I texted ahead of time that I was on my way and drove 40 minutes. The salon was closed when I got there. I called several times and no answer went straight to voicemail. Fortunately a nearby salon was able to take me. Should have read the reviews of similar complaints…
I am very particular about my hair and I loveee it. Mrs. Ayee did such a good job and the customer service was great she had music playing which was also a plus and the shop was nice and clean. I will definitely be returning.

Wanted to give my hair two weeks before I gave my review, I love my hair my braider did an excellent job a braid did fall out in back ( my hair is very short in the back due to me growing out a undercut so it was expected) but other than that my braider was on time, executed the style I wanted and I’ve received so many compliments! The braids were a little tight but loosen up as the weeks went on. I will be returning!
