Excellent service on the fitting to our reception area, no job too small, no challenge to big. All employees are very accommodating. Andy was also very quick to reply quote and get us booked in 10/10 would happily use again and recommend
Great service from Andrew and his team at Diamond Air Conditioning. Very polite and courteous. Arrived exactly on time, completed the work to a high standard and left the place spotless. Andrew also managed to fit us in at short notice which was much appreciated. Thank you.
Highly recommended!!! Andy came to my property the same day as my call for a quote. He was good at explaining the options for me and gave good advice. Fitting was a couple of days later and they turned up on time and took all necessary precautions to save my property from any mess during the work. Andy, the owner was "on it" from beginning to end of the process both in terms of comms and his can-do attitude. When his team turned up to carry out the work it was a pleasure to host them they were all courteous and got on with the job, everything was neat and tidy and all the work was as well hidden away as one might hope. I was able to carry on working from home with next to no disruption, everything was done in 2 days. I would highly recommend Diamond AC if you are considering them for any of their services.
First consultations with Andy were friendly, collaborative, and informative, and he was on hand throughout if we had any questions/checking on how we felt the installation was going. Adam, Dan, Jake, Mark and Tony completed our installation (1 external condenser and 4 internal units throughout the house) in 3 days and nothing was too much for them.
