Highly recommended!!! Andy came to my property the same day as my call for a quote. He was good at explaining the options for me and gave good advice. Fitting was a couple of days later and they turned up on time and took all necessary precautions to save my property from any mess during the work. Andy, the owner was "on it" from beginning to end of the process both in terms of comms and his can-do attitude. When his team turned up to carry out the work it was a pleasure to host them they were all courteous and got on with the job, everything was neat and tidy and all the work was as well hidden away as one might hope. I was able to carry on working from home with next to no disruption, everything was done in 2 days. I would highly recommend Diamond AC if you are considering them for any of their services.
First consultations with Andy were friendly, collaborative, and informative, and he was on hand throughout if we had any questions/checking on how we felt the installation was going. Adam, Dan, Jake, Mark and Tony completed our installation (1 external condenser and 4 internal units throughout the house) in 3 days and nothing was too much for them. Our entire experience with Diamond AC from start to finish has been fantastic. Honestly could not have asked for a better service. Any questions, no matter how dumb, no matter what time or what day, I get a quick response. Installation day could not have gone smoother, with no mess left behind. We are very happy customers and could not thank the guys at Diamond AC enough for their work.
Andy approached me after I sent a request for work out on checkatrade within an hour. That for me is a standout quality! It turned out Andy couldn’t work on my specific unit but he did give me some excellent advice on helping maintain my unit. Great customer focus, transparent on costs and keen to help you with your AC needs.
