Honestly, i don t know what type of experience the guy below me had... but mine was terrific! The service provided by the shop was very good, and the employees were very helpful and kind. My car was in and out and detailed to perfection. They have top of the line paint, tools, and equipments. And how can i forget they re the only Audi certified shop in South Miami so if you have an Audi waiting for repairs...get to it, this is the place to go!
BAD PLACE! Very irresponsible.Had a very bad experience with them. Took my vehicle for a minor repair and that was the worst thing I did; they made me waste my time, promised me something they never did, nobody could ever give me an answer, and then a guy would talk bad at you over the phone. NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE!!!!
Great service and professional/experiences mechanics. Would recommend this body shop for any problems that you might have.
