Ordered a christening candle for my granddaughter. The finished product blew me away. Absolutely beautiful and beyond expectations. Prompt professional service. Would definitely use this provider again.v
I would give 0 if that was an option. I ordered 2 candles for my daughters christening. One came broken and the other had blue specs near the rose gold writing. When I contacted the owner it took almost a week to get a response. Once I did speak with her the customer service was disgusting, she raised her voice on the phone so I just hung up as I will not be spoken to like that. Ordered the Annabella Personalised Holy Bible and received product very prompt, however the finished lining of the cover was very poor! Also the pages very thin and writing very small! A better quality would be recommended especially for a Bible recommended to be gifted as a Christening present Seller mentions if there is anything to improve customer experience to let them know, I have emailed them with my concern and never heard back! So a bit disappointed!
