Going on 2 years and my mom's health has improved immensely! My hat off to the amazing staff. I appreciate all of you and all that you do
I am extremely disappointed with the service at Chicago Heights Dialysis Care Center. The staff is consistently unprofessional, and the nurse in charge is especially rude and dismissive. Patients deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, but that is clearly not a priority here. On top of that, treatment start times are never on schedule. The nurse Sherry is RUDE, She gave my hunny blood pressure med that he does NOT take. When his BP dropped & he felt dizzy/faint, he needed nursing assistant while at church, she didn't want to talk to him or any one with him and SHE HUNG UP THE PHONE ON THE REGISTERED NURSE who was assisting him. I PERSONALLY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS DCC for your loved one. She VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
This is my 2nd week here and it is clean, the staff is nice and friendly and professional. Nice place to be.
