This is a fantastic gym in a quiet area. It has plenty of specialized equipment that you don’t find elsewhere that was very beneficial to me for rehabbing a reconstructed ACL, allowing me to target specific areas of my legs that otherwise would’ve been difficult. It’s well run, clean, and the owner was responsive to my requests making it an easy experience. Highly recommend using it.

I was a member at this gym for three years. I was intimidated by crowded gyms so I gave DIF a shot. It quickly became sort of a refuge for me. Was unemployed a couple times during that 3 year period amidst other life struggles but knew that this gym was a space I could always return to while figuring life out. Great equipment and atmosphere. One of the better gyms I’ve used. Update: after being a member of this gym for awhile, I’m upgrading my initial review saying this is one of the better gyms I’ve use to absolutely the best. Over the years I have belonged to big chain gyms like Crunch, EOS, and Planet Fitness, and others like Powerhouse, and boutique luxury clubs.
