I used Dial One McConnell Appliance to fix a front load washer. The scheduler was helpful and the technician was great. He wore a mask the entire time and quickly identified and fixed the problem. The best part is that I was not billed until I was certain the problem was fixed. All around great service.
I called Dial One on Tuesday, 11/5, to request a service tech come out and take a look at my dryer. I was told by the lady that answered the phone that someone would come to my address on Friday, 11/8, some time between 9 AM and 6 PM (said she couldn't give a more specific time) but would call 30 minutes in advance. I ended up taking a day off so that I could be home but never received a call and nobody ever came out.
