These people serviced my refrigerator - they only have one technician working on the Northshore who evaluated the issue within 3 minutes. Needless to say, the part he ordered and changed didn't fix the problem. Now It's taking more than a week for them to come back to reevaluate the problem. I'm hoping I have a refrigerator by thanksgiving. I'll never use them again.
