Very small interaction with them but we are very thankful. We reached out for help with an ashes transfer (temp urn to permanent), we were immediately emailed back (by Shelly), they worked with us on scheduling, and Shelly herself completed it for us as a courtesy with respect and compassion. Small, simple interaction, but speaks to their mindset in an emotionally challenging field. Thank you.
