The photos speak for themselves. How is it possible that this product is being sold at Lowe's? I have been an electrician for over 40 years, and I have never witnessed this kind of fraud. The pads are far too short and thin, allowing an excessive amount of hot air to pass through. What is most ironic is that this company uses the phrase "Made in USA"—they should be ashamed. Emailed Dial Mfg for a support issue. John Goh replied and a couple of replies later he ghosted me. Never resolved my issue.

I bought a pump on the 12th, it was broken by the 23rd! Crap products made by a terrible company that doesn't care about its customers in the slightest sense of the word. It's 100° IN my house and I don't have $60 every 11 days to keep buying new pumps!
Worst customer service!! Don’t stand behind their products!
