Emailed Dial Mfg for a support issue. John Goh replied and a couple of replies later he ghosted me. Never resolved my issue.

I bought a pump on the 12th, it was broken by the 23rd! Crap products made by a terrible company that doesn't care about its customers in the slightest sense of the word. It's 100° IN my house and I don't have $60 every 11 days to keep buying new pumps!
