I came here to have keys made, but unfortunately, they didn’t work. I tried returning to the shop several times during posted business hours, but it was consistently closed. I also called ahead multiple times with no response. After several attempts, I was finally able to catch someone in the shop and had replacement keys made. I have lost my keys and called Dial Locksmith for Service. Ben came over within 20 minutes, opened the door and installed new security locks. He offered to stop by the shop to copy additional keys... I did and they gave it to me at no charge. Really nice people and great service.

After calling several locksmiths in the UWS, Ben came over within a half hour of talking to me. He changed my lock and doorknob at a really affordable price. He also noticed my brass doorplate was missing several screws and replaced them at no additional cost to me. He was professional and even cleaned up after himself before leaving. I'm super happy with his quality and speed of work.
